The Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is accessible to the Tenants and is crisscrossed by miles of nature trails and hiking paths. Available to Tenants are vehicle carwash and maintenance services available by appointment, commuter transport van pools and convenience to MARTA system. The  6 level parking deck provides over 1,000 parking spaces including 12 ADA parking spaces.
